Administrative Fees – Based on feedback and discussions with various owners, the Administrative Fees have been reduced and the breakdown is as follows:

Maintenance Services – We would like to extend on-site maintenance services to owners not in the Presidian Rental Program.  Illustrated below are rates we surveyed in the Biloxi market for professional services as well as rates associated with our program.

These rates are per hour and there is a one hour minimum charge.  These are labor charges only and material will be additional.
